Booking Procedure

Our Yangon Office is only entitled to offer the price and confirm the reservations.Rates are quoted net in United States dollar and Exotic Myanmar Travels & Tours reserve the right to change with or without prior notice.

Payment

Advance deposit of 30% must be made upon confirmation of the program for keep your hotel and flight confirmation. Remaining balance could be negotiated for cash upon arrival. Those advance deposit can be process by via bank transfer to following address. However Payment can be negotiated upon request.

Remark: 04% Surcharge would be composed upon 30% deposit which made the bank transfer Exchange rate.

Rooming List

Client’s full details together with rooming list to be provided with in 14 days prior to the client’s arrival.

Rate & Services

All rates are quoted NETT to agent in USD Dollars and are subject to change without notice. Included in the tour prices are transfer & sightseeing in air-conditioned vehicle, accommodation (Twin-shared basis), all meals as mentioned in each itinerary in local restaurants, Language speaking accompanied throughout guide, entrance fees, domestic airfares and services as shown in each tour itinerary. Not included in the tour prices are visa fees, airport tax , personal expenses and not mentioned in service includes.

Group Discount

Every 16th member of a group will be given complimentary subject to a maximum limit of 4 members.

Guide Services

All the land arrangements are accompanied by local English speaking guides. Cost of services for language guides accompanying throughout will be of additional charges.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fees are calculated from the day written notification is received. The penalties are follows:

• Three weeks to 14days to arrival 25% of the total invoice
• Two weeks to 7days prior to arrival 50% of the invoice
• Less than 7days prior to arrival 100% of the total invoice

Confirmation

All confirmations are generally confirmed by return fax or e-mail within 2 working days. In case immediate confirmation is not possible, we will inform you of the booking status at the time of reservation.

Refund

After commencement of Travel, no refund in full or part will be given for services included in the programmes which are not utilized by the clients.

Responsibility

Exotic Myanmar Travel & Tours act as the agent for the person in regard to travel by any mean of transportation and assume no liability for any loss , injury or damage sustained by the person including those occurring outside the touring programs. Therefore Exotic Myanmar Travel & Tours will accept no responsibilities for losses or additional expenses due to accident, delay, sickness, weather, strike or other cause beyond its control. Participation in the tour implies the person’s agreement to the above conditions. Exotic Myanmar Travel & Tours also reserve the right to modify or reverse the original program in the interest of the clients. It may substitute flights with train or coach service when deemed necessary due to circumstance. However Exotic Myanmar Travel & Tours will endeavor to keep to the original program and arrangements as agreed upon.
