Bagan – Nyaung U – Mt. Popa – Bagan

Day – (1)     Bagan Full Day Excursion  (-)

Our tour guide collects you at airport in morning. Transfer to center of Bagan, a sacred place with some 2500 pagodas and ruin built from 11 centuries. Here, commences your visit with a nice time at Nyaung U market where you witness rustic goods and farm products exposing in the typical Burmese style. Proceeding to Shwezigon pagoda and Gubyaukgyi Temple.

In the afternoon, we embark a horse drawn cart ride to explore some prominent pagodas in this UNESCO zone before concluding your day with a haunting sunset.

Stay overnight at hotel in Bagan.

Day – (2)   Balloon over Bagan & Cooking Class   (B)

Rise up early for a wonderful balloon ride over the temple peaks of Bagan. You will be transferred amidst the pagodas to board the balloon then relax with the wind. As you return to back to your hotel, relax at your hotel before join our chef to Nyaung U market. The dish you are to learn will be one of the famous dishes in Bagan: Roselle sour soup, Balachaung Gyaw with condiments, traditional chicken curry.

Day – (3)     Biking Tour & Visit to Mt. Popa   (B)

Time for your energy to walk up 777 steps and reach the summit of extinct volcano; the abode of Nat (spirit) called Mt. Popa. Outset with your bicycle to the mountain. Road is narrow but smooth and labyrinths in the toddy/palm trees. Enjoy observing how the local wine/liquor/spirit/candy is made from toddy seed. On the way, back, we will visit the New Bagan where 2000 Pagodas and temples are rest.

Day – (4)   Bagan Sightseeing & Departure (B)

Bagan is an archaeological treasure as well as historical wonder and ranked as a World Heritage site by the UNESCO. You can choose some of Ananda temple (the master-piece edifice amongst 2000), Thatbyinnyu temple (the highest one), Dhanyangyi temple (the most massive one) before leaving Bagan. Transfer to airport for the flight connect to another destination.
